The Akanksha Foundation received the coveted certification of Great Place to Work® from the Great Place to Work® Institute. This certification represents the most definitive employer-of-choice and workplace quality recognition that any organization can receive.

This year 77% of our employees participated in the annual survey and shared their perception and feedback about our organisation’s culture and practices.

We are proud to have scored high positive responses on our Trust index score and Culture Audit score, which indicate the high level of credibility, fairness and respect in the organisation; along with the pride that employees feel for their job and the deep camaraderie they have with fellow co-workers.  The efforts taken over the years, by the leadership team for inculcating our core values in schools and amongst our staff, helped raise this bar.

It was an intensive and rigorous process of selection and the Akanksha Foundation was one among 20 other non-profit organisations from the country, who participated.
