- Donation, cancellation, & refund policy
- The Akanksha Foundation is not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to the decline of authorization for any transaction, due to the cardholder having exceeded preset limits set by their bank.
- Once a donation has been made, it cannot be refunded, nor can the designated purpose of the donation be altered.
- If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us immediately. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
- All donations are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, as per applicable laws.
